How does the 7-day trial work?
You authorise a payment method (card / UPI / bank) during sign-up. No charge for 7 days. On day 8, your first payment is auto-collected. Cancel before day 8 to pay nothing.
What happens if auto-payment fails?
Razorpay retries automatically. If retries fail, your account is paused. You can retry manually from Settings → Billing at any time — your data is always safe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No penalty, no questions asked.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All displayed prices are inclusive of 18% GST — the amount you see is the final amount charged. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every payment.
