By accessing or using MSMECalc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by MSMECalc and is intended for use by finance professionals, chartered accountants, CFOs, and business owners for MSMED Act, 2006 compliance purposes.
MSMECalc provides tools to calculate interest on delayed payments to MSME suppliers under Section 16 of the MSMED Act, 2006, generate Section 22 financial statement disclosure notes, and track vendor payment records. The Service is provided on a freemium basis — a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access.
The interest calculations and disclosure notes generated by MSMECalc are for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
While we endeavour to keep interest rate data and calculation logic accurate under the MSMED Act, 2006, you should independently verify all figures with a qualified Chartered Accountant or legal adviser before using them in financial statements, court proceedings, or any formal compliance filings. MSMECalc shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or reliance on the generated output.

All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by or licensed to MSMECalc. You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSMECalc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to penalties, interest claims, regulatory action, or financial losses arising from reliance on calculated figures. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
